What’s weird is I’m still getting 25-30 Mbps out of the Time Capsule’s hard drive. Maybe only one or two of its ethernet ports is bad?

FINALLY solved my network performance issues. Went from ~15 Mbps to ~720 Mbps after taking a faulty Time Capsule out of the loop.
